Accounts and Access

You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that your account information is accurate and current.

Submissions and Content

If you submit software listings, launch materials, event content, company profile data, job posts, screenshots, logos, written copy, or any other materials, you represent that you own the content or have all permissions necessary to submit it and authorize us to use it as contemplated by the service.

You grant CTODiscovery.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted content for the purpose of operating and marketing the service.

We may edit, format, reject, unpublish, or remove submissions at our discretion, including where content is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, infringing, low-quality, duplicative, unlawful, or inconsistent with the editorial standards of the platform.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal site operations, scraping or extracting data in violation of applicable law or our restrictions, uploading malicious code, impersonating others, abusing moderation workflows, or submitting content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

You may not use CTODiscovery.com to distribute spam, manipulate rankings, misrepresent a product or company, or publish content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Editorial and Platform Rights

CTODiscovery.com is a curated platform. We reserve the right to determine how submissions are categorized, displayed, edited, highlighted, ranked, promoted, or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication, continued availability, or any particular placement in the directory.

Payments and Paid Features

Some features may be paid, sponsored, or subject to separate commercial terms. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to comply with the terms of the payment provider used to process the transaction.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered, scheduled, approved, or made available.

CTODiscovery.com may link to or integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics tools, payment services, storage providers, or linked external websites.
